We provide a variety of support materials and services during each different phase of engagement with our customers, culminating in many successful projects.

Phase 1: Information Exchange

During this Phase, Innovative engineers will answer any questions that you may have that do not require signing of a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). You may call, email or fill out an Information Request Form (IRF) to obtain initial information.

Phase 2: Pre-sale

Once an NDA is signed, qualified customers are given access to our password protected website information section. This secure section houses detailed design documents and other product information.

Phase 3: Post-sale IP Transfer

Once the License Agreement is signed, an application engineer is assigned as your primary contact. You may call your application engineer, email technical support or call Innovative's Vice President of Engineering if required. Integration support of our IP in your SOC is provided.

Phase 4: Post-sale Transfer To Production (TTP)

For Customers that purchase the TTP option, a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is included in the License Agreement and all the tasks are planned in detail during the sale.
